August 17, 2022, 9:10 AM, Brevan Riley Butler, 19, Lyons, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held without bond. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

August 17, 2022, 11:32 AM, Nikki Jo Sullivan, 25, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
