New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, July 14, 2022:

July 13, 2022, 12:50 PM, Nicole Joanne Brown, 42, Brazil, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond.

July 14, 2022, 12:40 AM, Jason Dale Rainbolt, 40, Plainfield, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and failure to aid an officer. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshall Cody Loncaric was the arresting officer.

July 14, 2022, 2:29 AM, Eric Lee Wolfe, 51, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
