July 12, 2022, 8:46 AM, Stephen B. Dickey, 59, Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested and booked into jail on a work release violation in connection with a case involving felony dealing methamphetamine. He was being held without bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
