June 2, 2022, 9:41 AM, Tab Leslie Morris, 49, Bedford, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony fraud and misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

June 2, 2022, 3:04 PM, Devin Scott Bailey, 36, Terre Haute, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges on a charge of felony theft. His bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

June 3, 2022, 2:53 AM, Landon Wayne Sexton, 43, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
