New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, June 16, 2022:

June 15, 2022, 1:33 PM, Raul Sepulveda Jr, 42, Evansville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony dealing in methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

June 15, 2022, 7:48 PM, Christopher Ryan Andis, 23, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
