He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

May 27, 2022, Dylan Jacob Pedrey, 23, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear at a change of plea hearing in a case involving misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia and another issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony battery against a law enforcement officer. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed in the first case of failure to appear but he was being held without bond on the bond revocation. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.
