New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, April 8, 2022:

April 7, 2022, 10:03 a.m.- Julia Aaron Eagan, 19, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony incest. She was being held without bond.

April 8, 2022, 12:45 a.m. — Dustin Tyler Thompson, 32, Bloomfield, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Police Lieutenant Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
