March 7, 2022, 10:20 p.m. – Richard James Wilkins Jr., 38, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer.

March 8, 2022, 2:39 a.m. – Justin Scott Isom, 35, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers.
