New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday-Thursday, March 15-17, 2022:

March 14, 2022, 10:35 a.m. – Jeffrey Dale Groomer, 32, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony battery on a person less than 14 years old and on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony intimidation and strangulation. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but he was being held without bond on the petition to revoke.

March 14, 2022, 4:09 p.m. – Joey Lee Terrell, 44, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony burglary. He was being held without bond.

March 15, 2022, 10:21 a.m. – Melissa S. Magness, 42, Bloomington, Ind. was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear at her initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor false informing and one issued out of Clay County for failure to appear. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in the Greene County case but she was being held without bond for Clay County.

March 15, 2022, 3:34 p.m – Christopher Allen Hudoff, 39, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and identity deception, and misdemeanor false identity statement and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. He was also booked in on a warrant issued out of another county for failure to appear in a felony case. He was being held without bond pending court appearance in the Greene County case but was being held without bond in the other. Indiana State Police Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.

March 15, 2022, 5:05 p.m. – Jesse Dean Hill, 33, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony domestic battery in the presence  of a child less than 16 years old. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Andrew Duguay was the arresting officer.

March 16, 2022, 4:58 p.m. – Katie Marie Huett, 34, homeless, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.
