February 8, 2022, 11:15 a.m. – Thurman Willman Rutledge, 29, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $800 and was released later the same day.

February 8, 2022, 12:31 p.m. – Cody John Merriman, 28, Freedom, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana Conservation Officer Matthew Mauder was the arresting officer.

February 8, 2022, 12:37 p.m. – Sherrie Margaret Gragg, 55, Shelbyville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor theft. She was being held without bond.

February 8, 2022, 7:44 p.m. – Coral Renee Spelts, 29, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.
