February 25, 2022, 1:40 p.m. – Ryan Scott Smith, 34, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony auto theft. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Jasonville Police Chief Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.

February 25, 2022, 6:35 p.m. – Billy Don Harris Jr., 38, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony operating a vehicle while being an habitual traffic violator. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper Caleb Garvin was the arresting officer.

February 27, 2022, 6:54 p.m. – Jennifer Lynn Purvis, 53, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, both issued for failure to appear in two cases of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in each case. She posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.
