December 8, 2022, 5:39 PM, Charlotta Lucille Preece, 40, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Her bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.

December 8, 2022 6:35 PM, Ivan Herbert Evinger, 27, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released on December 9. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

December 9, 2022, 6:27 AM, Britney Ray Vincent, 33, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance.
