November 22, 2022, 12:59 PM, Steven Isaac House, 59, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

November 22, 2022, 1:02 PM, China Lee Durst, 28, Petersburg, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. She was being held without bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
