November 9, 2022, 3:43 PM, Ivan Herbert Evinger, 27, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at his initial hearing on charges of misdemeanor theft and resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day.

November 9, 2022, 6:51 PM, Maci Danielle Coleman, 28, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. She was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Sergeant Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.
