October 4, 2022, 3:50 PM, Dustin Lane Saude, 41, Bloomington, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony dealing methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers.
