October 26, 2022, 11:28 AM, Joshua Devon Coleman, 28, Clay City, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued because his bond was revoked for a violation of a condition of bond release in a case involving felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. He was being held without bond.

October 26, 2022, 10:50 PM, Amy Marie Cobb, 42, Farmersburg, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. Her bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
