October 19, 2022, 3:38 PM, Justin Michael Wease, 37, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
