New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, January 7, 2022:
January 6, 2022, 11:27 a.m. – Timothy Fawun Wilson, 58, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years and possession of marijuana. He was also wanted on a warrant issued in a case of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years and reckless driving. His bond on the new charge was set at $1,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $150. His bond on the warrant was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500. He was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.
January 6, 2022, 1:44 p.m. – Bobby Joe Gallagher, 42, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.
January 6, 2022, 7:46 p.m. – Donna Maria Spears, 58, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.
January 7, 2022, 7:11 a.m. – Carry Joe Cassidy, 35, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on three warrants, one issued in a case involving misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years of age, another one in a case involving misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief, and another one in a case involving felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years of age and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond in all cases. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.
