New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, January 12, 2022:
January 11, 2022, 12:10 p.m. – Jesse Andrew Eggers, 30, Martinsville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was also being held on a warrant issued out of Owen County for a probation violation. In that case, he’s being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.
January 11, 2022, 4:27 p.m. – Jordan James Sipes, 25, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Daviess County for a probation violation. He was being held without bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
January 11, 2022, 8:33 p.m. – Cortney Paige St. John, 35, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a charge of felony intimidation. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Just was the arresting officer.
January 11, 2022, 11:02 p.m. – Michele Lea Bohnert, 46, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Owen County in a case involving misdemeanor domestic battery and disorderly conduct. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
January 12, 2022, 1:29 a.m. – William David Hunter Barnes, 19, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $50 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
January 12, 2022, 1:32 a.m. – Quintin Levi Resler, 22, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
January 12, 2022, 1:46 a.m. – Racheal Elaine Smith, 34, Bicknell, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years of age, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
