New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, September 7, 2021:
September 3, 4:30 p.m. – Ricky Lee Cain, 41, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.
September 3, 6:47 p.m. – Thomas Patrick Gordon, 48, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.
September 4, 12:41 a.m. – Michael Kevin Boulanger, Jr., 47, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.
September 4, 9:18 a.m. – Michael Sean Stanley, 27, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.
September 6, 11:58 p.m. – James Francis Kingsley III, 47, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and confinement, and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime and disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Police Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.
September 7, 9:14 a.m. – Shad Lee Robling, 43, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy William C. Walker was the arresting officer.
