September 1, 1:08 p.m. – Rodney Russell Shipley, 39, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony theft. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day.

September 1, 1:31 p.m. – Norman Alan Muse II, 43, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of felony domestic battery with a prior. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.

September 1, 2:47 p.m. – Natalie Marie Chaplin, 41, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony theft. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

September 1, 6:59 p.m. – Charles Elsworth Criss Jr., 58, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a patrol violation in a case involving felony child molesting. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

September 1, 11:54 p.m. – Perry Nathaniel Warfield, 44, Nineveh, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Hamilton County in a case involving felony possession of syringe and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana, and on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and possession of a legend drug or precursor, and misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond in both cases. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.
