New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, September 1, 2021:

August 31, 9:52 a.m. – Kassy-Anne Marie McCarty, 27, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She has posted $500. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.

August 31, 2:03 p.m. – Joshua Garrett Adams, 32, homeless, was booked in on a parole violation in a case involving felony sexual misconduct with a minor. He was being held without bond.
