New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, September 15, 2021:

September 15, 1:40 a.m. – Shawnessy Baysula Buckner, 18, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Her bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.

September 15, 3:57 a.m. – Cory Lee Asher, 37, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy William C. Walker was the arresting officer.
