September 14, 4:24 a.m. – Phillip Kane Meurer, 25, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

September 14, 5:18 a.m. – Kinley Blake Wells, 30, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
