August 4, 3:51 p.m. – Michael Ray Vaughn II, 46, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony driving while being habitual traffic violator. He was being held without bond.

August 4, 4:07 p.m. – Jimmy Ray Colvin II, 34, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on August 5. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

August 5, 2:16 a.m. – Terry Wayne Simmons, 60, Linton, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy William C. Walker was the arresting officer.

August 5, 6:31 a.m. – Joseph Jerald Wootan, 28, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
