New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, August 30, 2021:

August 27, 5:50 p.m. – Sebastian Michael Harp, 19, Homeless, was arrested on two warrants, both issued for failure to appear, one in a case involving battery, the other in a case involving resisting law enforcement, both in Kosciusko County. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

August 27, 10:22 p.m. – Jamie Jo Staten, 53, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony burglary. Her bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

August 28, 3:29 a.m. – Franklin Dean Sanders, 21, North Vernon, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

August 28, 11:53 a.m. – Skylar Douglas Ayers, 32, New Palestine, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $500 cash only. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

August 28, 11:59 a.m. – Aaron Alan Acton, 41, Scipio, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

August 28, 8:01 p.m. – Kathryn Mae Jones, 27, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. She is also being held on a warrant issued out of Madison County for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of a narcotic drug and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana – held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

August 29, 1:20 p.m. – Darrell Ray White, 57, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony felon in possession of a firearm and possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond.

August 30, 4:34 a.m. – Westly E. Noe, 41, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Vigo County for failure to appear in a case involving four felonies and one misdemeanor. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
