August 20, 7:17 a.m. – Harold Scott Alsman, 34, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
August 20, 4:32 p.m. – Jesse Dean Hill, 32, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.
August 20, 8:46 p.m. – Samuel Meza, 53, Springville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery with bodily injury to a victim less than 14 years old and neglect of a dependent. His bond was set at $20,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $2,000 and was released on August 21. Greene County Sheriff’s Detective Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.
August 21, 7:13 a.m. – Colt Michael McDaniel, 26, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or more. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.
August 21, 3:23 p.m. – Jarod Jonathan Arthur Collenbaugh, 30, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony vehicle theft and misdemeanor criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.
August 21, 10:44 p.m. – Joseph Daniel Riley, 27, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released on August 22. Indiana State Police Trooper Curtis Wilder was the arresting officer.
August 22, 2:02 a.m. – Theodore James Miller, 39, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor intimidation and resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $200 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
