New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, August 19, 2021:

August 18, 4:41 p.m. – Harley Joe Shields, 29, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy William C. Walker was the arresting officer.

August 18, 9:25 p.m. – Brian Robert Callihan, 39, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving two felonies and four misdemeanor counts involving operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, OVWI with controlled substance in body, possession of marijuana and reckless driving. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
