August 12, 2:05 p.m. – Terry James Gilmore, 58, Bloomfield, Ind., was booked in following convictions of misdemeanor public nudity and indecent exposure. He is being held without bond.

August 12, 6:12 p.m. – Abigayle Rae Figg, 19, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
