June 30, 11:40 a.m. – Cung Biak Sang, 24, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.

June 30, 11:53 a.m. – Carry Joe Cassidy, 35, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and another issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor leaving the scene of a property damage crash, resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in each case.

June 30, 6:01 p.m. – Russell Jay Lyttaker, 41, Rushville, Ill., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony aggravated battery and battery with serious bodily injury. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. David Elmore was the arresting officer.

June 30, 7:07 p.m. – Heather Marie Jarrell, 29, homeless, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

July 1, 12:30 a.m. – Chaise Hunter Smith, 19, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
