June 19, 12:42 a.m. – James Elmer Harris, 64, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated – with a prior conviction. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $800 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Police Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

June 19, 2:45 a.m. – Dustin Eugene Watts, 40, homeless, was arrested on two warrants, both issued for failure to appear in cases involving misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in each case. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

June 19, 3:53 a.m. – Gavin S. Johnson, 20, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $550 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Police Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

June 19, 11:52 p.m. – Lowell Emmons Harroll, Jr., 54, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. He was also arrested on a warrant issued in a pending case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. In that case his bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

June 20, 1:26 a.m. – Jeffrey Marshall Smith, 50, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
