June 11, 11:59 a.m. – Julie Gail Johnson 50, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond.

June 11, 12:31 p.m. – Jessica Lynn Livingston, 41, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear in court in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years, and another issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony auto theft and misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. Her bond in the first case was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but she was being held without bond in the second case.

June 11, 1:23 p.m. – Jeramy Jason Walls, 42, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charge of felony violation of the requirement to register as a sex offender. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but he was already in custody to serve a sentence in another case. Greene County Sheriff’s Detective Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

June 11, 3:19 p.m, - David Spencer Johnson 28, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years and possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond.

June 11, 11:52 p.m. – Allan William Clark, 32, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.

June 12, 2:28 a.m. – Chelsea B. Duboise, 37, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of syringe, and obstruction of justice. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Department Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

June 12, 4:03 a.m. – Tristan Phoenix Hyler, 28, Odon, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

June 12, 6:09 a.m. – Cassie Marie Moss, 21, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

June 13, 12:14 a.m. – Tiersen Deagan Pfister, 20, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of sexual misconduct with a minor. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Det. Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.

June 13, 3:46 a.m. – Amanda Dawn Bruhn 35, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and battery with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $800 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

June 13, 5:54 p.m. – Ashley Brooke Jeffers, 35, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony battery against a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.
