April 30, 12:02 p.m. – Melvin Thomas Stewart Jr., 45, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at a change of plea hearing in a case involving felony forgery. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released on May 1.
