May 27, 11:27 a.m. – Rex Allen Ake, 29, Merom, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony domestic battery with a prior unrelated convictions. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. The warrant was served after Ake was transferred into Greene County Jail to be housed for Sullivan County where he was incarcerated in a case involving misdemeanor invasion of privacy – held without bond in that case.

May 27, 11:58 a.m. – Christopher Dwight Overly, 51, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor theft. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

May 27, 5:24 p.m. – William Quinn Dicus, 27, homeless, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor public intoxication. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

May 27, 6:49 p.m. – Joey Lee Edmonson, 32, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony stalking. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

May 27, 7:24 p.m. – Fay Frederick Russell, Jr., 49, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Caleb Garvin was the arresting officer.

May 27, 8:09 p.m. – Traci Lynn Lawrence, 51, Coarsegold, Calif., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Jasonville Police Chief Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.

May 27, 8:55 p.m. – Melissa Rose Wolfe, 36, Sullivan, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear at a status conference in a case involving felony theft with a prior conviction for either theft or conversion and one issued for failure to appear at a change of plea hearing in a case involving felony theft with a prior conviction for either theft or conversion and misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in each case. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

May 27, 9:19 p.m. – Zandariah James Hill, 36, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and on a warrant issued on a parole violation in a case involving felony burglary. His bond in the first case was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but he’s being held without bond in the parole case. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

May 27, 9:37 p.m. – Joshua Ray Whelchel, 34, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony sexual misconduct with a minor/statutory rape and two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

May 27, 10:57 p.m. – Stephanie Rayleen Elizabeth Myers, 24, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

May 28, Christina Kaye Kristler, 29, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and on a warrant issued in another county on a probation violation. Her bond in the Greene County case is set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but she’d being held without bond on the probation violation. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
