New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, April 7, 2021:

April 6, 12:45 p.m. – Jennifer Lynn Purvis, 52, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day. Jasonville Police Chief Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.

April 7, 3:37 a.m. – Chase Daniel Wright, 21, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor invasion of privacy and criminal trespassing. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.
