New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, April 29, 2021:

April 28, 11:40 a.m. – Dayvon Shavoia Lang, 24, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

April 28, 2:44 p.m. – Anthony Wayne Hedden, 31, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day.

April 28, 3:07 p.m. – James Patrick Todd, 54, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond.

April 28, 4:49 p.m. – Richard Dylan Foreman, 24, Carmel, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Jasonville Police Officer Andrew Duguay was the arresting officer.

April 28, 11:48 p.m. – Landon Christopher Jerrells, 19, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and minor in possession of alcohol. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He had posted $450 as of time jail log was issued. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

April 29, 7:14 a.m. – Richard James Wilkins Jr., 37, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Deb McDonald was the arresting officer.

April 29, 8:26 a.m. – Lori J. Marling, 57, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony neglect of a dependent and misdemeanor violation of the compulsory school attendance law. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.
