April 23, 11:28 a.m. – Gavin Williams Keith Arney, 24, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony theft and misdemeanor domestic battery and criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $6,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.
April 23, 6:15 p.m. – David Eugene Biggerstaff, 40, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony child molesting and sexual battery and misdemeanor battery with bodily injury. His bond was set at $19,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,950 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.
April 24, 7:41 p.m. – Alexander Brian Porter, 21, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony child molesting, child solicitation, child molesting and vicarious sexual gratification. His bond was set at $135,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Detective David Elmore was the arresting officer.
April 24, 9:43 p.m. – Jayden Thomas Payne, 18, Gosport, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released on April 25. Worthington Deputy Marshal Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.
April 25, 4:08 a.m. – David Malcolm Gamble, 18, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Police Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.
April 25, 10:15 p.m. – Harley Joe Shields, 28, Linton, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear at a hearing in a case involving misdemeanor criminal mischief and one issued for failure to appear at a change of plea hearing in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.
April 25, 11:04 p.m. – Paul Matthew Turpin, 45, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and obstruction of justice, and misdemeanor criminal trespassing, and on a warrant issued in a case involving misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
April 26, 3:24 a.m. – Erik Blaine Roberson, 36, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
