New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, April 23, 2021:

April 22, 11:34 a.m. – Jetsabel Mendoza, 21, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

April 22, 2:39 p.m. – Phillip Dean Magness Jr., 35, homeless, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, plus a warrant issued out of Monroe County for failure to appear. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

April 22, 3:24 p.m. – Brandon Gregory Kinsey, 35, homeless, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.
