April 16, 2:47 p.m. – Jason Dale Allen, 38, Heltonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor battery with bodily injury. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

April 17, 2:07 a.m. – William Wesley Smith, 34, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony intimidation and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

April 17, 10:56 a.m. – Nathanael W. Sexton, 34, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony strangulation and confinement and misdemeanor battery with bodily injury. His bond was set at $15,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,500 and was released later the same day.

April 17, 5:43 p.m. – Jeffrey Allen Smith, Jr., 37, Russellville, Ky., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

April 17, 8:16 p.m. – Jesse Dean Hill, 32, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

April 18, 2:37 a.m. – Jesse James Vandeventer, 18, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, and minor possession of alcohol. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

April 18, 9:17 a.m. – Marcie Dee Gaines, 38, Sidell, Ill., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. She was being held on a surety only bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Devon Goad was the arresting officer.

April 18, 4:53 p.m. – Joshua Thomas Sloan, 35, Bicknell, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior and criminal trespassing. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana Conservation Officer Matt Landis was the arresting officer.

April 18, 9:09 p.m. – Guy Clark Vermillion, 53, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Sgt. Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.
