April 15, 9:50 a.m. – Brant Mason Boyd, 38, Dugger, Ind., was booked in from work release for an alleged violation of probation. He was being held without bond.

April 15, 12:21 p.m. – Rebecca Darlene Sexton, 31, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond after she failed to appear. She was being held without bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
