New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, April 13, 2021:

April 12, 3:16 p.m. – Jeremiah Franklynn James, 42, Plainfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day.

April 12, 5:11 p.m. – William Scott Jeffrey, 21, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

April 12, 10:10 p.m. – Caiden Tyler Rich, 19, Newburgh, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony criminal recklessness and misdemeanor reckless driving and minor in possession of alcohol. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

April 13, 3:54 a.m. – Jesus Manuel Colon, 51, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony operating a vehicle while being an habitual traffic violator with a lifetime suspension. His bond was set at $10,000 with ten percent cash allowed. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.
