New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, March 8, 2021:
March 5, 7:12 p.m. – Jordan Marie Loree, 27, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on three warrants issued out of Monroe County, one in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine, another in a case involving felony fraud and misdemeanor identity deception, and a third in a case involving felony neglect of a dependent. She was being held without bond for Monroe County. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
March 5, 7:51 p.m. – Rebecca Darlene Sexton, 31, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond. Lyons Town Marshal C. Royce Honeycutt was the arresting officer.
March 6, 1:39 a.m. – Jonah Andreas Wittgren, 18, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony battery against a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, and on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and minor possession of alcohol. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in each case. He posted $1,000 and was released on March 6. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.
March 6, 2:44 a.m. – Chad Allen Pemberton, 38, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine (two counts), battery against a law enforcement officer, possession of a handgun without a license, visiting a common nuisance, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.
March 7, 2:06 p.m. – Larry Scott Swaby, 52, Paoli, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 and was released on March 8. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.
March 7, 4:12 p.m. – Michael Allen Faulk, 50, Shelburn, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Sgt. Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.
March 7, 4:47 p.m. – Tyler Ray Gadberry 34, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery with prior unrelated convictions. His bond was set at $4000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.
