New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, March 25, 2021:

March 24, 1:36 p.m. – Dylan Jacob Pedrey, 21, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued in a case involving felony battery against a law enforcement official. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Maj. George Dallaire was the arresting officer.

March 24, 9:47 p.m. – Troy Douglas Robertson, 57, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Town Marshal Ken Tharp was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
