March 12, 9:07 a.m. – James Michael Brown, 29, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $200 and was released on March 13. Indiana State Police Trooper Randall VanArsdale was the arresting officer.

March 12, 11:28 a.m. – Russell Lee Alsman, 33, Henderson, Ky., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on charges of misdemeanor battery and intimidation. He was being held without bond.

March 12, 2:25 p.m. – Dominick Vincent Forgione, 37, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond.

March 12, 8:36 p.m. – Jessica Nicole Vail, 38, Franklin, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released on March 13. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

March 12, 11:02 p.m. – Jonah Andreas Wittgren, 18, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and minor possession of alcohol. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.

March 13, 4:44 a.m. – Karry Edward Flick, 54, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad was the arresting officer.

March 13, 10:09 p.m. – Kenny Wayne Austin Jr., 32, Coalmont, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, both issued for failure to appear at initial hearings in cases of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in each case. He posted bond and was released on March 14. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

March 13, 10:09 p.m. – Isaiah Joseph Lee Bolen, 20, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

March 14, 12:28 a.m. – Amber Jo Rigsby, 34, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.

March 14, 9:30 p.m. – Ryan Lee Workman, 41, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for misdemeanor possession of a handgun without a license. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

March 15, 1:22 a.m. – Jason David Cooper, 43, Linton, Ind., was arrested on two Writs of Attachment. His bond was set at $1,250 cash only on one Writ, and $2,800 cash only on the second. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.
