New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, March 12, 2021:

March 11, 7:42 p.m. – Kimberly Lynn Onuska, 56, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor invasion of privacy and resisting law enforcement. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
