February 17, 10:20 a.m. – April Michelle Ispas, 38, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued because she failed to appear at a change of plea hearing in a case involving misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.
