New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, December 7, 2021:

December 6, 2021, 1:45 p.m. – Clint Edward Aaron, 42, Coalmont, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at his initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day.

December 6, 2021, 2:26 p.m. – Aaron Isaac Fisher Hall, 19, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. He was being held without bond. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

December 6, 2021, 3:49 p.m. – Barbara Ann Vandagrifft-Figg, 50, Martinsville, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

December 7, 2021, 12:22 a.m. – Travis Wayne Musselwhite, 40, Elnora, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at his initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 for his bond in Greene County but he was being held without bond on a warrant issued in Daviess County in a case involving felony violation of the requirement to register as a sex offender.
