December 20, 2021, 11:44 a.m. – David V. Gomez, 41, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued in a case involving felony intimidation and misdemeanor domestic battery. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. Sgt. Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

December 20, 2021, 7:51 p.m. – Joshua Thomas Sloan, 36, Bicknell, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a motion to modify placement due to a violation of work release, sentence for a conviction of felony methamphetamine possession. He was being held without bond.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
