New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, November 8, 2021:

November 5, 2021, 2:22 p.m. – Zackary Matthew Eads, 29, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of syringe. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Master Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.

November 5, 2021, 3:14 p.m. – Kevin Vern Caldwell, 48, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony battery committed with a deadly weapon and failure to register as a sex offender. His bond was set at $20,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $2,000 and was released on November 7. Greene County Sheriff’s Detective Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

November 6, 2021, 10:31 a.m. – Thomas Jeffrey Cratty, 39, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a motor vehicle while being an habitual traffic violator with lifetime suspension, resisting law enforcement, possession of a handgun without a license, possession of syringe, possession of a controlled substance, intimidation and maintaining a common nuisance involving controlled substances, and misdemeanor reckless driving, refusal to aid an officer and false informing. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Detective David Elmore was the arresting officer.

November 6, 12:00 p.m. – Daphine Ann Murphy, 44, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony false informing. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Detective David Elmore was the arresting officer.

November 7, 1:33 a.m. – Suzanne Gambill, 52, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury – two counts. Her bond was set at $1,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $150 and was released later the same day.
