New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, November 22, 2021:

November 19, 2021, 2:41 p.m. – Balinda J. Franklin, 47, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of syringe, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance.

November 19, 9:26 p.m. – Dustin Robert Hash, 44, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury and disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $200 and was released on November 20. Bloomfield Police Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

November 19, 11:36 p.m. – Craig Robert Hendry, 22, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $450 and was released on November 20. Jasonville Police Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

November 20, 11:33 a.m. – Pamela Sue Cinamon, 34, Ellettsville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Lawrence County for a probation violation. She was being held without bond then was transferred. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

November 20, 11:39 a.m. – Junior Dale Key, 34, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued out of Lawrence County on a probation violation, the other issued out of Monroe County in a case involving felony confinement and misdemeanor domestic battery. He was being held without bond in both cases, then transferred. Indiana State Police Trooper Eric Nash was the arresting officer.

November 21, 11:18 p.m. – Joseph Kenneth Myers, 30, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Logan Milligan was the arresting officer.

November 22, 1:26 a.m. – Jennie Lynn Rupert, 48, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor battery. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.
